Scope

This standard specifies the basic identification codes and symbols for wires and cables used to connect parts in the electrical circuits of earthmoving machines. This standard does not cover wires and cables incorporated within electrical components such as alternators, relays, etc. This standard applies to earthmoving machines specified in JIS A 8308.
