- The document specifies dimensions and technical data stub spindles used in single-spindle or multi-spindle machining units as working spindles. These stub spindles are suitable for non-guide tools and toolholders preferably with face contact. Part 1 contains mainly the description of stub spindles, technical data and information for use. Part 2 specific connecting dimensions, part lists, the description scheme and description examples for assembled stub spindles. Part 3 specifies dimensions, tolerances and materials for components of stub spindles.
