- This standard specifies the methods for measuring the average thickness, compression thickness and compression recovery thickness of glass fiber mats. This standard applies to glass fiber chopped strands and glass fiber continuous strands. Not suitable for fiberglass wet-laid thin mats, surface mats, etc.
