Scope
This procurement specification covers aircraft quality solid rivets and tubular end rivets made from a corrosion and heat resistant nickel alloy of the type identified under the Unified Numbering System as UNS N06002. Primarily for joining parts requiring a combination of corrosion resistance, heat and oxidation resistance up to 2200 degrees F, and relatively high shear strength above 1500 degrees F.
