- Scope
- The GB/T 18309 series of standards stipulates a series of environmental test procedures and measurement procedures, and gives the priority severity level set for certain occasions to evaluate the ability of fiber optic interconnection devices and passive devices to work under expected working conditions . In addition to this scope, GB/T 18309 series standards can also be used in other fields where required. This standard is used in conjunction with detail specifications. The detail specification will specify the tests to be used and the degree of severity required in each test, the sequence of tests, where applicable, and provide permissible performance limits. In the event of any conflict between this standard and the detailed specification, the provisions in the detailed specification shall prevail.
