Scope

This part of ISO 7787 specifies the dimensional and other characteristics for the 11 most common carbide cutters, which are predominantly used in the dental laboratory. NOTE Steel laboratory cutters are specified in ISO 7787-1; carbide laboratory cutters for milling machines are specified in ISO 7787-3; miniature carbide laboratory cutters are specified in ISO 7787-4.
