Scope

Covers insulated aboveground, atmospheric tanks intended for aboveground storage of noncorrosive, stable, flammable or combustible liquids that have a specific gravity not exceeding that of water. This is the second public review for this standard. It previously appeared in the June 23, 1995 issue of Standards Action and is being resubmitted now due to substantive changes to the text.
