Scope

This standard covers rubber blocks and rubber elastic pavements manufactured and constructed from rubber powder obtained by crushing vulcanized rubber and using a binder such as polyurethane, mainly for the purpose of walking or exercising. Hereinafter, both are referred to as rubber blocks.
