Scope

This standard applies to combustible grade (vertical flame retardant) or lath cloth/paper composite base epoxy resin copper clad laminates (hereinafter referred to as copper clad laminates) with a thickness of 0.7 mm to 6.4 mm. Specify standard values for characteristics.
