Scope
This standard deals with the safety philosophy, quality assurance, and technical soundness of small wind power generation systems (hereinafter referred to as SWTGS), and specifies safety requirements including design, installation, maintenance, and operation under specified environmental conditions. stipulate. The aim is to provide an appropriate level of precaution against all hazards that arise over the computational life of these systems. This standard covers all SWTGS subsystems, including: These include protective devices, internal electrical systems, mechanical systems, supporting structures, foundations and electrical follow-on equipment to load equipment. This standard applies to SWTGS that have a swept area of less than 40M2 and generate electricity at a voltage of less than 1000V AC or 1500V DC. This standard shall be used in conjunction with appropriate IEC and ISO standards (see 1.2).
