Scope

This standard specifies the preparation method of test specimens for thickness, bulk density, resilience, heating permanent line change, thermal conductivity, tensile strength and slag content of refractory ceramic fiber products. This standard applies to refractory ceramic fiber cotton, blankets, felts, braids, boards, paper and preformed products, not to products delivered in a wet state.
