- This standard specifies the method for the determination of the pH value of natural rubber latex using a pH meter equipped with a glass and silver reference electrode. This standard applies to the determination of the pH value of prevulcanized latex or latex mixtures. Note: The accuracy of this method decreases when the pH is above 11.
