- Scope
- This standard specifies the limit value of energy efficiency, energy saving evaluation value, test method and inspection rules of ballasts for tubular fluorescent lamps. This standard applies to independent magnetic ballasts and electronic ballasts (hereinafter referred to as ballasts) used in tubular fluorescent lamps with 220V, 50Hz AC power supply and nominal power of 18W~40W. This standard does not apply to electronic ballasts that do not start with warm-up.
