Scope

This part of GB/T 7672 specifies the requirements for temperature index 200, impregnated glass fiber clad copper round wire and impregnated paint glass fiber clad, grade 1 or 2 paint film thickness enameled copper round wire. The impregnating paint may be, for example, polyester or polyesterimide resin paint. Note: For this type of winding wire, the thermal shock test is not applicable, and the thermal shock temperature cannot be determined. Therefore, it is not possible to specify classes based on temperature index and thermal shock temperature requirements. Enameled wire should be based on one of the following standards: GB/T 6109.20-2008 or GB/T 6109.22-2008, and should be determined through negotiation between the supply and demand parties. The temperature index of glass fiber clad copper round winding wire depends on the type of impregnating varnish used. The impregnating paint for impregnated glass filaments should have a minimum temperature index of 200. The glass fiber cladding can be: a) Single glass fiber cladding; b) Double glass fiber cladding, with the two layers of glass fiber wrapping in opposite directions. The nominal diameter range of conductors in this section is as follows: 　——Double glass filaments (GL2) wrapped on bare conductors: from 0.500mm to and including 5.000mm; 　——Glass filaments wrapped on enameled wires with grade 1 paint film thickness (Grade 1 GL1 and Grade 1 GL2): from 0.500mm to and including 1.600mm; 　——Glass filaments wrapped on enameled wire with grade 2 paint film thickness (Grade 1 GL1 and Grade 1 GL2): from 0.500mm to and including 5.000mm; Nominal conductor The diameter is specified in Chapter 4 of GB/T 7672.21-2008.
