GB/T 16656.44-1999 Industrial automation systems and integration-Product data representation and exchange-Part 44: Integrated generic resources: Product structure configuration (English Version)
This International Standard specifies resources for managing the structure and configuration of a product during its life cycle. The following content is within the scope of the standard: - the relationship between parts and components of a product; - the relationship between products and their parts made by the modification of another product; Machining of a product. --Description of products defined according to customer requirements; --Structure management for components and part configurations according to manufacturing procedures; --Product decomposition to support different activities in the product life cycle; Example 1: An organization may need to A product is broken down into a bill of material, which lists each part by how many times it is used in an assembly, and a product needs to be broken down into another bill of material, which breaks down a product with multiple parts into individual Component. See Appendix E for more examples of reporting in support of different product structures. --Multiple versions of a single product that are equivalent in shape, fit and function. The following content is out of the scope of this standard: --The relationship between different product definitions of the same product; Example 2: The relationship between the product definition of a part in the preliminary design and the corresponding product definition of the same part in the detailed design. -- Product life cycle management activities including approval, classification, contract agreement, and supplier organization; -- Product change process, including the reason for the change and what aspects of the product have been changed; -- Decision-making in the product life cycle formulation and rationale; -- physical connection between product parts; -- possible characteristics of product components; in agreement. For example, the details of what a material property is and how it is defined, and the fact that a part has a certain material property are outside the scope of this standard. -- Information such as combined manufacturing, manufacturing planning, and logistics structure and configuration; -- Multiple versions of a single product that are not equivalent in form, fit, and function. Note 3: The concept of product version is defined in GB/T 16656.41.
