Scope

This standard specifies the determination of niacin and folic acid in compound premixes - high performance liquid chromatography. This standard applies to the determination of niacin and folic acid in compound premixes and vitamin premixes. The measurement range is that the amount of niacin contained in each kilogram of sample is more than 1000 mg and the amount of folic acid is more than 500 mg.
