Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of vitamin B ₁₂ in vitamin premixes by high performance liquid chromatography. This standard applies to the determination of vitamin B ₁₂ in vitamin premixes and vitamin B ₁₂ premix preparations. The detection range is that the content of vitamin B₁₂ per kilogram of sample is greater than 0.25mg.
