- Scope
- This standard stipulates the shape, color, light quality, marking symbols and their setting and use requirements of water buoys and fixed signs in the sea area of China. This standard is applicable to water buoys and water fixed marks set by departments of transportation, fishery, scientific research, petroleum exploration, ocean development and military in Chinese sea areas, ports and estuaries connected to the sea. This standard does not apply to lighthouses, fan light beacons, guide beacons, lightships and large navigational buoys.
