Scope

This standard is a rating that takes into account the provision of light necessary to improve visual work efficiency for purposes such as studying and reading using fluorescent lamps that comply with the provisions of JIS C 7601 [Fluorescent lamps (for general lighting)]. Specifies fluorescent lamp table lamps (hereinafter referred to as stands) with a voltage of 100V and a rated secondary voltage of 150V or less.
