Scope

This standard is a standard for free forging products (hereinafter referred to as forgings) in a hot area of carbon steel, alloy steel, and forged steel products for machine structures with a hammer or press mass of more than 10 kg and less than 10 000 kg. Specifies how to determine machining allowance, black scale dimensions, and tolerances.
