Scope

This standard applies to tape fixing of axial lead wire terminal parts for electronic equipment. Usually, the lead wire terminals of components are fixed with tape. This standard specifies the requirements for taping using equipment that performs operations such as automatic mounting, lead terminal processing, and insertion. In addition, for the above purpose, the dimensions are limited to those necessary for taping parts.
