Scope
This standard specifies that Class 180 enameled copper has a layer based on polyesterimide resin, which has essentially the same chemical properties as polyesterimide resin and has been modified to meet all specified wire properties. It's about lines. Note: Modified resins are resins that have been chemically modified or have one or more additives added to improve their properties and applicability. Class 180 is a heat resistance class that requires a temperature index of 180 or higher and a thermal shock resistance of 200°C or higher. The temperature (°c) that corresponds to the temperature index does not necessarily imply that the wire should be used at that temperature. It depends on many factors including the equipment used. Applicable size range - Grade 1: 0.018 mm to 3.150 mm - Grade 2: 0.020 mm to 5.000 mm - Grade 3: 0.250 mm to 1.600 mm The nominal conductor diameter is in accordance with 4. of JIS C 3215-0-1.
