Scope

This standard specifies hygiene requirements relating to the design, construction and operation of commercial glasswashing machinery and in particular provides the user with information on hygienic and proper operation, on decontamination of glasses and on care and maintenance of the machinery. It describes the procedures of type testing, daily routine inspections and process inspections in ~ractical use.
