Scope
Based on GB/T 21413.1, this part specifies general rules for all electrical devices installed in the main circuit, auxiliary circuit, control and indication circuit of rolling stock. The purpose of this part is to make the general conditions specified in GB/T 21413.1 applicable to all electrical devices on rolling stock to ensure the consistency of the technical requirements and tests of the corresponding devices. Electrical devices mainly refer to switching equipment and control equipment, including relays, switches, resistors, fuses, etc., but do not include their control parts. Note l: At present, electronic components or electronic assemblies are usually included in electrical devices. This section does not apply to electronic equipment, but electrical equipment cannot be excluded from the scope of this section just because it contains electronic components. Electronic components shall comply with the corresponding standard (1EC 60571). Bian 2: After consultation between the user and the manufacturer, certain rules may be applied to electrical devices on rolling stock other than railway rolling stock (such as mining locomotives and trams). This section gives: a) Device characteristics; b) Conditions of use that the device should comply with; c) Test items and test methods used to verify that the device meets the characteristics under the conditions of use; d) Information that should be marked on the electrical appliance or given to the user . This section does not apply to industrial electrical appliances, which should comply with their respective product standards. In order to ensure the normal operation of these electrical appliances on rolling stock, this part only specifies the special requirements for these electrical appliances under railway application conditions. To this end, there should be special documents to describe the additional requirements that industrial electrical appliances should meet, such as: ——Which working conditions it is suitable for (such as control voltage, environmental conditions, etc.); ——It does not need to withstand specific rolling stock use Installation and use under the conditions; additional tests are conducted to verify that these devices meet the conditions for use in rolling stock.
