Scope

This standard applies to AM radio stations with a frequency of 526.5kHz to 26.1MHz and FM TV relay stations with a frequency of 48.5MHz to 223MHz, as well as expressways, first-class and second-class automobile-only roads (hereinafter collectively referred to as "roads") new construction, remodeling and extension projects.
