- The document specifies two methods for determining the air content of fresh mortars including those containing mineral binders and normal," as well as light weight aggregates: A ""The pressure method"" and B ""The alcohol method"". The pressure method is applicable for mortars with air content up to 20 %. For higher air contents the method gives results with less accuracy. The alcohol method covers the whole range of air contents with sufficient accuracy.#",,#
