- Scope
- This agreement governs the electronic transmission of all messages between the parties. Unless expressly stated otherwise, this agreement does not govern other contractual or non-contractual relationships in the messaging environment. Messages refer to structured data conforming to the UN/EDIFACT standard provided in Chapter 2. The technical appendix attached to this Agreement sets forth instructions agreed upon by the parties to meet certain technical and procedural requirements. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Technical Addendum, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
