- This standard specifies the method for determining the tensile creep and tensile creep rupture properties of geotextiles and related products. The scope of this standard is limited to products that may cause structural collapse due to their premature failure or due to their creep affecting the reinforcement in the structure. Due to the time-consuming and complicated steps of this test, it is recommended as a routine quality control test.
