Scope

This standard applies to testing instruments for measuring voltage (or current) components superimposed on power frequency voltage (or current) with a frequency from DC to 2500 Hz. In addition, this standard is also applicable to test a single device according to the emission limits given in relevant standards (such as the harmonic current limit given in GB 17625.1), and to test the harmonic voltage and current in the actual power supply system The instruments used to perform the measurements, harmonic measurements of power supply systems, are of great interest. This standard does not include test conditions and measurement procedures for launch tests, these requirements are given in specific standards. Integer multiple harmonics of the supply frequency are of particular concern, but harmonic components of other frequencies (interharmonic wave fentanes) also have to be measured.
