- This standard applies to fixed capacitors whose rated voltage does not exceed 3000V with mica sheet as the medium and metal foil as the electrode or a metal layer deposited on the mica sheet as the electrode. The following types of capacitors can increase the test item requirements: button mica capacitors; power mica capacitors; pulse mica capacitors; chip mica capacitors.
