Scope

This code of practice recommends good practice for the installation of safety valves, pressure gauges and fusible plugs used with air receivers and compressed air or inert gas installations. It refers to safety valves in accordance with BS 6759 : Part 2 and BS 1123 : Part 2. NOTE. The titles of the standards publications referred to in this code are listed on page 5.
