Scope

This standard specifies the rules for comparing the measured values of various surface structure parameters defined in GB3505 with tolerance limits. This standard also stipulates the special rules for selecting the cut-off wavelength λc when measuring the roughness profile parameters given by GB3505 using the stylus instrument specified in GB6062.
