Scope

This standard specifies the pressure, characteristics, test methods, packaging and markings of aviation breathing oxygen products. This standard is applicable to the gaseous oxygen and liquid oxygen produced by the cryogenic separation of air, which are mainly used for the breathing of aviation personnel.
