Scope

This standard specifies the test method for measuring the transmittance and reflectance of architectural sheet glass for visible light, the transmittance, reflectance, and absorptance for solar radiation, and the emissivity for room temperature thermal radiation using a spectrophotometer. Specifies the method for calculating the solar heat gain rate when using plate gauges for building windows.
