Scope

This standard specifies the responsibilities and necessary safety technical conditions of liquefied petroleum gas filling stations (hereinafter referred to as filling stations). This standard applies to filling stations for filling liquefied petroleum gas cylinders (hereinafter referred to as steel cylinders), liquefied petroleum gas tank cars (hereinafter referred to as vehicle tank cars), and liquefied petroleum gas railway tank cars (hereinafter referred to as railway tank cars).
