Scope
This standard specifies the product classification, basic parameters, design requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage, use and management of forced external circulation extraction tanks (units). This standard applies to water extraction and alcohol extraction in the traditional Chinese medicine industry, and also applies to water extraction, alcohol extraction or dynamic extraction of other organic solvents in industries such as herbal medicine, medicine, food, chemical industry, and light industry. If it is used in conjunction with a condenser and a cooler, it can realize warm soaking and heat reflux processes. When it is combined with a condenser, cooler, and oil-water separator, volatile components can be extracted. It is suitable for connecting the extraction tanks (units) in series into multi-stages with pipelines for tank group countercurrent dynamic extraction. The number of stages in series is determined according to process requirements.
