- Scope
- This standard specifies the classification, size, technical requirements, acceptance rules, test methods, packaging, marks and quality certificates of stainless steel clad steel sheets and strips produced by explosion method, explosive rolling method and rolling method. This standard applies to composite steel plates and steel strips with a thickness of ≥ 4 mm, with stainless steel as the cladding layer and carbon steel and low-alloy steel as the base layer. The composite steel plate is used to manufacture structural parts such as various pressure vessels and storage tanks in petroleum, chemical, light industry, seawater desalination and nuclear industries.
