Scope

This International Standard specifies the audit form for the technical review of Data Maintenance Requests (DMRs) for batch Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). This standard is applicable to the technical review of DMR by EDIFACT Technical Review Group (TAG), to help and guide EDI standard setters and users to understand and master the technical review content of the proposed DMR during the technical review period. This standard does not include procedures for changing grammar rules, message design guidelines and rules, and EDI technical review checklists.
