- The aim of this standard is to specify the connecting characteristics of wall hung WC pans with close coupled cistern whatever the materials used in their manufacture. This standard does not cover siphonic action WC pans. NOTE. Only dimensions are compulsory. The outline of the appliance in the diagram is for illustration only; it in no way prejudices the final shape of the appliance which is left to the initiative of the manufacturer.
