- This standard applies to turbine governors with a working capacity of 350N·m and above, including mechanical-hydraulic governors (hereinafter referred to as mechanical regulators), electro-hydraulic governors (hereinafter referred to as electrical regulators) and hydraulic devices. This standard does not apply to turbine governors of reversible and bidirectional generator sets.
