- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of radioactive activity meters (hereinafter referred to as activity meters). This standard applies to activity meters with well-type gas-filled ionization chambers as detectors. For other types of activity meters can also refer to the implementation.
