Scope
This standard specifies the determination methods for six components of potassium, total phosphorus, amino acid nitrogen, L-proline, total D-isocitric acid, and total flavonoids in oranges, tangerines, orange sweat and their beverages, and the six components Method for calculating (deriving) juice content from measured values of points. This standard is applicable to the determination of orange, tangerine, tangerine concentrated juice and fruit juice, and orange, tangerine, and tangerine juice beverages with a juice content of not less than 2.5%.
