Scope

This standard stipulates the equipment, facilities, personnel, quality management, safety production, environmental protection and working capital conditions that a first-class automobile repair enterprise should have. This standard is applicable to Class I automobile maintenance enterprises, and is the basis for the competent department of transportation to approve the opening of Class I automobile maintenance enterprises and conduct annual inspections.
