Scope

This standard specifies the classification, performance test methods and temperature cycle capability of germanium gamma-ray detectors. This standard is applicable to the performance test of high-purity germanium and germanium (lithium) gamma-ray detectors, as well as the main performance test of high-purity germanium low-energy photon detectors.
