Scope

This standard specifies the method for conducting no-load steam tests on completed marine steam turbine main engines at the manufacturer's factory. However, if it is difficult to comply with this standard, the relevant parties (inspector, orderer, manufacturer, etc.) shall consult and follow this standard.
