- Scope
- The standard deals with dividing ropes, which separate in swimming baths the areas for swimmers from those for non-swimmers. Two types are distinguished, one on the water and the other above the water. Besides specifications for materials the standard contains safety specifications concerning the strength of the rope and its holding device as well concerning the design of the surface.
