Scope

This specification stipulates the hygienic requirements for water source and sanitation protection, architectural design and facilities, sanitation management, production process, storage and transportation of drinking natural mineral water plants. This standard applies to drinking natural mineral water production enterprises. Manufacturers of purified drinking water and other bottled (or barreled) drinking water shall follow suit.
