Scope

This standard specifies the size, shape, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marks and quality certificates of steel plates for pressure vessels. This standard applies to steel plates with a thickness of 6 mm to 120 mm for pressure components of medium and normal temperature pressure vessels.
