Scope

This general specification applies to film integrated circuits and hybrid film integrated circuits (F&HFICs), including passive and active F&HFICs in Article 2.4 of Chapter IV of GB/T16464-1996. This specification applies to semi-finished F & HFICs for further processing by users, and also applies to chip carrier circuits with more than one chip, and these chips should be interconnected as discrete units with membrane interconnection technology.
