- This standard specifies the bending resonance method for determining the damping performance of acoustic materials. This standard is applicable to homogeneous and uniformly layered acoustic materials, and its measurement results can provide a basis for acoustic structure design and noise vibration control design, and can also be used to evaluate the vibration damping effect of various composite structure samples. According to the test method specified in this standard, within the frequency range of 10Hz to 1000Hz, the lower limit of the measurement range of the storage modulus can reach 0.5MPa, and the measurement range of the loss factor is 10-2 to 10-1 class.
